DIAGNOSTIC Before any treatment is performed, we need to know if there are any problems. For this we employ various diagnostic modalities: Full oral examination, full mouth x-rays, panoramic x-rays, periodontal screening, and always an oral cancer exam. As needed we may also use electronic pulp testing, transillumination, temperature sensitivity testing and brush biopsy for suspected lesions.
